This visit will include energy education and offered measures including a programmable thermostat. In addition, the program may fund measures by auditor recommendation:<\/p>\n\t\t\t <p>Air sealing and weather stripping<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Wrapping of hot water heaters, heating pipes and ducts<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Sealing heating and cooling ducts<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Attic, wall and floor insulation, and ventilation<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Heating Repair Referral<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Other items recommended by auditor<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ecasavesenergy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/e6353a_81e99e47073c4e0fb0d4fa73dcdc362dmv2-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Two ECA employees fixing a heater.\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"683\" width=\"1024\" title=\"e6353a_81e99e47073c4e0fb0d4fa73dcdc362d~mv2\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading='lazy' \/>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tAm I eligible?\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>WAP is a federal program and has strict eligibility requirements, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Residential housing\n<ul>\n<li>Rowhomes, single family homes, and trailers all acceptable<\/li>\n<li>No multi-family homes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Homeowners and renters\n<ul>\n<li>Renters must have landlord permission and a copy of rental agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Income not greater than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level\n<ul>\n<li>Not sure if that&#8217;s you? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phila.gov\/departments\/division-of-housing-and-community-development\/about\/income-guidelines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Check here.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tAre home repairs included?\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>If home repairs are needed before weatherization can be done, ECA may help with that through the <a href=\"https:\/\/philaenergy.org\/programs-initiatives\/built-to-last\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Built to Last Program<\/a>. This program is only available to homeowners and focuses on repairs needed to address safety concerns in a home and stabilize the structure so that energy efficiency measures can be installed safely.
